Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipments are made via InPost with delivery to a pickup point.

- Free shipping to Spain.

- Shipping to the rest of Europe: €3.99.

- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.

 

Exchanges and returns

We want you to enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

To be accepted, items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Whenever possible, they must include their original packaging.

The costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a shipping error or receipt of a defective product.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been previously exchanged.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
